Privacy

LoadReserve does its calculations on your phone or computer. Your plan is not sent to us.

What stays on your device

• Your plan (UPS, battery, appliances, cut times, solar) is kept in your browser's storage so it is there next time. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• Your theme choice (light or dark), in the same place.
• A copy of the site, so it works offline during a cut.

What travels in links you share

When you share or copy a link, your whole plan is written into the link itself. Anyone with the link can see that plan. It contains no name, phone number or location beyond the city you chose for solar.

What we count

We count visits and a few anonymous actions (starting the planner, seeing a result, viewing the fixes, sharing) with Umami, a privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. These counts tell us whether the planner helps; they never include your plan.

What we never collect

• No accounts, names, phone numbers or email addresses.
• No cookies for tracking, and no advertising trackers.
• No location from your device.
